Vicky is a Partner at Glenn Barlett Consulting Services, LLC. She began with the firm in 2012 as an administrative assistant, responsible for assembling and shipping the Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) along with other administrative duties. Vicky began to take on additional responsibilities, particularly when the revised Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Section 503 regulations were released in 2013. She assisted in revising the materials provided to clients and has continued to use her in depth knowledge of these regulations to advise clients of their obligations and provide feedback on current processes. Vicky also assists clients in preparation of their annual EEO-1 and VETS-4212 Reports.
Vicky plays a key role in the firm’s quality control process by proofreading projects before they are sent to clients. She is always more than happy to review AAPs with clients.
Vicky graduated magna cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2012 with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon and Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Societies.
