Glenn Barlett Consulting Services, LLC provides a full range of Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity professional services.  We prepare Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) for numerous public and private sector employers throughout the United States.  Our satisfied clients include corporations and organizations in the following fields:

  • Advertising
  • Aerospace
  • Automotive
  • Banking
  • Business Services
  • Consumer Products
  • Education
  • Federal, State, and Local Government
  • Health Care
  • Manufacturing
  • Non-Profit
  • Pharmaceutical
  • Publishing
  • Retail
  • Shipping
  • Utilities

In addition to preparing AAPs, we specialize in developing and presenting Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity training, analyzing personnel data to identify potential employment discrimination, and supplying demographic data needed for Affirmative Action and diversity programs.  We prepare AAPs for large employers with establishments throughout the United States as well as small employers with only one or a few establishments.  We work with our clients to improve the quality of employment data before it is analyzed.  Our AAPs are summarized in cover letters and executive summaries.

GBCS staff members are always available to review our deliverables when clients have questions.  We point out potential problem areas and work with our clients to resolve them before they are questioned by government investigators or private plaintiffs.  System design and development services are provided in many areas in addition to Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity.  Our processes are constantly updated to reflect changes in laws and regulations along with changes in enforcement trends.  For example, we began using data from the Census 2000 Special Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) File to prepare Affirmative Action Plans in January 2004 and include results of an Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs compensation screening tool with all of the AAPs we prepare.
