In addition to writing AAPs, we specialize in supplying demographic data needed for Affirmative Action and diversity programs, developing and presenting Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity training, and analyzing personnel data to identify potential employment discrimination.  System design and development services are provided in many areas in addition to Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity.  We began using data from the Census 2000 Special Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) File to prepare Affirmative Action Plans in January 2004.
